Read MoreEvaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability. Writes evaluations, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries and maintains patient files. Counsels patients and/or family members regarding Rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies as they apply to the profession of Occupational Therapy and adheres to same.
Qualifications
Graduate of Accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Current NJ State License in Occupational Therapy. BLS certification within first 3 months of hire.
For EIP employees only: a valid driver's license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record as stipulated by SJH policy and, if applicable, the insurance carrier, for those required to drive a hospital vehicle.
