VP, Quality & Patient Safety

The Vice President of Quality, Safety and Experience shall ensure all appropriate safety standards and guidelines are implemented in the delivery of healthcare at SJH. The VP shall direct quality assurance, staff training and education as well as audit functions of the division.

Qualifications
- Master’s or doctorate (MD, DO, or DNP) in healthcare with clinical experience including five years hospital experience in Quality and Safety, IHI certification preferred. - Knowledge of regulatory standards including DNV, CMS helpful - Excellent communication Skills - Problem solving ability and excellent people management skills - Motivated to drive change and excellence
