Read MoreThe Specialty Pharmacy Technician Liaison is a key team member responsible for frontline delivery of specialty pharmacy services within an integrated care model. The role focuses on supporting patients with complex conditions to achieve optimal outcomes through exceptional pharmacy care.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree or healthcare-related degree (e.g., nursing, social work) preferred
Knowledge of benefits investigation, prior authorization processes, and patient financial assistance programs preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in standard workplace software (e.g., MS Office)
Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems (e.g., Enterprise Rx) preferred
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (e.g., Cerner) preferred
Self-starter with the ability to develop and implement processes quickly and accurately, with a strong interest in defining future operational protocols
