Hospital Billing Manager

Responsible overseeing the day-to-day operations of the billing department, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission. 

Qualifications
5 years of experience in Provider Accounts receivable Management. Proven work experience as a Billing Manager or similar role. Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s. Degree in Health care management or closely related field preferred. Experience working with finance, PFS, and revenue cycle leaders to present key performance indicators with accounts receivable analysis. Basic understanding of collection practices and laws. Possesses and demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates strong technical skills. Proven aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations. Advanced proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
