Read MoreResponsible for the radiologic procedures within the department. The person acts as a resource to other staff when X-ray and flouro are involved. Directly responsible under the direction of the MD for all radiographic and archiving equipment.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
With positive moral standing as well as good organizational and communication skills and able to work as part of a team
At least a High School diploma or equivalent with an Associate Degree or Certification in Radiologic Technology; A Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field is preferred but not a must.
Must have a current Certification and Registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.)
Must have a current NJ DEP Licensure to practice in New Jersey
Must have a current BLS Certification
Successful completion of department specific orientation and department specific certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) to be completed within the 3 month introductory period.
