Analyst Medical Records

Responsible for the analysis of inpatient and outpatient records in Cerner Millennium for compliance with documentation requirements according to Medical Staff by-laws, DNV/ISO (Det Norsek/International Organization for Standardization) and DOH (Department of Health) standards. Assigns deficiencies to providers in Cerner Millennium. Responsible for prepping, scanning, quality control and validation of inpatient and outpatient paper medical records into Cerner Millennium

Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and less than one year of previous work-related experience plus three to six months of on-the-job training and orientation. Proficiency of Microsoft Office preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
