Job Overview
Evaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability. Writes evaluations, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries and maintains patient files. Counsels patients and/or family members regarding Rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies as they apply to the profession of Physical Therapy and adheres to same.
Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at time of hire or within first 3 months of hire.
