Job Overview
Performs a variety of complex administrative and clerical functions; requires a comprehensive knowledge of hospital and departmental policies and procedures, can function independently and make sound judgments within his/her scope of responsibility; Uses excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and insure information accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and three to five years of previous work related experience. Proficiency in MS Office required: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. Bilingual preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
