Read MoreResponsible for accurate and timely analysis of discharged patients' medical records utilizing the patients Electronic Health Record (EHR), including inpatient and outpatient encounters. Assigns incomplete deficiencies for compliance with documentation requirements according to Medical Staff By-Laws, DNV/ISO (Det Norsek/International Organization for Standardization) and NJDHSS (New Jersey Department of Health) standards. This position is responsible for managing Physician Suspension for delinquent charts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
One to two years of related experience.
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) by American Health Information Management Association preferre
