Communications Manager

We are looking for an exceptional communicator to join our team as a Communications Manager. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that all employees feel informed, engaged and inspired. This individual will write and edit high-quality content across internal and some external channels, serving as a trusted voice for the St. Joseph’s Health brand, leadership and the employee community. Strong writing and editorial instincts, attention to tone and nuance, and the ability to work closely with a broad range of audiences are essential. 

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in communications, editorial, or marketing communications role. Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is a plus. - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, a proven track record of success. - Familiarity with internal communications tools (SharePoint, Canva, WordPress, etc.) - Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals. - Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy. - Bachelor's degree required
